Has anyone run any (non-Thule) published modules in their Thule campaign? If so, where did you set them and what information did you change to make it line up with the world?
On his website, Baker suggested putting the Temple of Elemental Evil in the Quosa Vale. I'm thinking of running the Hidden Shrine of Tamoachan and White Plume Mountain, but not sure where I should put them and how I should modify them. The Hidden Shrine could easily go in any jungle, but the Aztec-themed dressing would need to be modified presumably. Some of you all mentioned running xoth modules -- where did you place them? The old AD&D CB1 Conan Unchained! and CB2 Conan Against the Darkness also both seem very appropriate, as does I1 Dwellers of the Forbidden City.
Any other ideas? And where/how would you place the module in Thule?

I ran two Xoth adventures in my Thule campaign. "The Eidolon of the Ape" I placed in Quodeth and incorporated the Red Furies as part of the framing device (basing the Furies off of the crime outfit run by Chodo Contague in Glen Cook's Garrett Files). In my campaign, the Contaga family (the renamed Contagues) were related by blood to the Hazeda family (the Quodethi royal family) and the Furies' Grandmother, Chodo, was after a book of genealogy and family records that was being kept in the temple. I placed the Temple on the Street of the Gods (lifted from Lankhmar of course) in the Temple Quarter and refluffed the Temple itself as being a Temple of Herum the Ape-god.
"Land of the Silver Lotus" was easy; I just placed the island off the southeast coast of Thule, with a trading route through Quodeth. I used kobold statistics for all the pygmies, modified as necessary for pygmies of different specialties.
I had prepared "Court of the Necromancers," an AD&D 2nd Edition Al-Qadim adventure, for use a couple of story lines later, but the campaign fell apart after one guy quit in the middle of the first part of "Land of the Silver Lotus" and another guy moved to Seattle (I live in Massachusetts).
I was also plannign to run "Hidden Shrine of Tamochan," but I hadn't landed on where to place it yet. I was leaning toward somewhere outside of Ren Shaar.

Interesting. Did you convert the stuff from Eidolon of the Ape to 5e or did you just find roughly equivalent NPC entries (e.g., cultist, cult fanatic, etc.)?

I am using a 5e version of White Plume Mountain (I forget the name of the module right now, something from DM's Guild) and I'm plunking it down in the Zinandar Mountains. I think WPM can be put pretty much anywhere really. It's pretty self contained, so, as long as it's a bit out of the way (and pretty much anything in Thule is out of the way), you're good to go.

I just used equivalents for the most part. For the giant ape I used the winged ape from the Primeval Thule Campaign Setting book, with its wings cut off. Two of the prisoners became significant, too, after a PC rescued them during the adventure. Both became recurring characters and contacts for the party.
